Infant Formula
There is no substitute for breastmilk for child.
Many commercially available formulas are there to supplement breastmilk.
Cow milk (Casein) based formula:

How much formula milk baby needs?
Multiply your baby's weight by 100 - 150ml of formula per day
How to prepare powder formula?
•Wash your hands, bottles and nipple
•Put the bottles, nipples, caps in pot and cover with water and boil for 5mins, remove them and allow items to cool and air dry
•For formula, bring the water to very bubbly and boil it for 2-3min and let it cool
•For each 2 ounces of cooled boiled water added to a clean bottle, carefully add 1 level scoop of powdered formula.
•Attach nipple and ring to the bottle and shake well. Feed the prepared formula immediately
•Refrigerate until the feeding time do not keep in room temperature
•Do not microwave the bottles
•Throw unused formula after feeding

Vegetables Children should eat a variety of vegetables like peas, legumes and broccoli, as vegetables are great sources of vitamin C, which boosts the immune system, and fiber, which aids digestion. Children should have 1 to 1 and ½ cups of vegetables daily
Fruits Fruits should be central to any child’s diet, as they are an excellent source of nutrition and vitamins, like vitamin A, which helps build healthy eyes and skin. Fruits like blueberries, oranges and apples are especially great for children’s health. Children should have 1 to 1 and ½ cups of fruit daily
